Does exactly what it’s supposed to do at a great price. Elastic holds the tourniquet securely but allows you to retrieve it with no issue. Velcro mounts securely to any velcro platform. Mine doesn’t move an inch from where it’s sandwiched between the plate carrier and cummerbund right up front.
