The Defense Mechanisms Glowstick Patch is made with a webbing core to allow flexibility when helmet mounting and is cordura wrapped to match the rest of your kit.  This Patch is backed with hook velcro to allow mounting to any loop velcro surface to allow easy storage of 3 mini glow sticks.
