CAT RAT Ti 300BLK Modular Titanium Suppressor
The CAT RAT Ti is an advanced modular suppressor featuring 1x16LH quick-detach functionality, specifically engineered for both subsonic and supersonic .300 Blackout (300BLK). Originally developed to fix the suppressed reliability issues of the 5.5” SIG Rattler, the RAT has evolved into a highly versatile solution for all 300BLK assault platforms, delivering superior suppression, reduced toxic fume, and seamless adaptability.
- The RAT FLOW configuration is optimized for higher forward flow rates, designed for users leaning towards Supersonic 300BLK or higher bursts of fire.
- The RAT COVERT configuration is optimized for high sound suppression and reduced signature, ideal for low footprint operations.
Built for short .300 Blackout guns, RAT Ti pairs a 3D-printed Ti-64 core with CAT’s A-PULSE geometry to keep tone strong and gas down on compact rigs like the SIG Rattler 5.5. The rear uses the 1×16 LH QD pattern, and the kit includes both SIG taper and AI Nano 5/8×24 brakes for rock-solid lockup. Run Covert when you want max suppression or switch to Flow for lower gas on fast strings. Specs land at 1.70 inch diameter and about 7.3 to 7.5 inches OAL depending on module, with listed weights of 12.8 to 13.5 ounces. RAT Ti is optimized for 300 BLK across 1,000 to 2,200 fps, covering subs and supers, with a minimum 5.5 inch barrel.
In the box: suppressor base, Covert or Flow extension, SIG taper brake, AI Nano brake, cleaning container, sticker pack, and tee. If you’re running a Rattler or other duty-short .300 BLK, the CAT RAT Ti delivers tuned performance without giving up reliability.
