Used, but in GREAT condition. Approx 400 rounds sent down range, all match grade ammo. The rifle is sold as is, but the well known SOLGW warranty is fully transferable. Pictures show actual rifle.

The Timothy Murphy is named for hero Timothy Murphy (1751–1818), a rifleman in the American Revolutionary War. At the Battle of Bemis Heights (Second Battle of Saratoga) on October 7, 1777, Murphy is reputed to have shot and killed Sir Francis Clerke and General Simon Fraser. Murphy’s life is the subject of John Brick’s 1953 novel, The Rifleman. Murphy was under the command of General Daniel Morgan, another hero for which we have named one of our rifles.

The QPQ match barrel combines accurate 416 stainless with QPQ treatment for longer life. It is built with high quality components.
